The Mechanical Engineer III is responsible for diverse projects where mechanical engineering is required to perform the design, layout, safety, and process arrangements for facilities in the energy and chemical industries. The Engineer II position is responsible for researching, designing, evaluating, installing, operating, and maintaining electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects, products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.

The Electrical Engineering position is for a licensed professional with multiple areas of technical expertise. This position supports projects with bidding, performance, checking, and production / quality management duties. It is expected this position will work closely with I&C, design, and field positions. Growth to project engineer and/or supervisory/EE department manager functions is desired. Initially, this position will be part of a combined EI&C team.

The Electrical and/or I&E Designer III position is responsible for documentation, detailed instructions, drawing packages and specifications utilizing AutoCAD. Drawings and specifications outline instructions for construction of structures, equipment, parts and devices. Position will set up job books with appropriate drawings, piping specifications, and drafting standards for other team members to follow. Position will assist with bids and lead projects.

The person for this position must possess a “team” attitude. Employees must work together to surmount the continual changes brought about by clients, engineers and piping design. This also means being ready and able to work outside your comfort zone and delve into areas that may not necessarily be your area of expertise. Additional discipline-specific requirements may be added as required.
